At Universal Music Nordic, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return your items within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log in to our returns portal using your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Ensure the items are in their original condition and packaging, including all seals on media products like vinyl and CDs.

• 3.
  Ship the Items

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at the nearest authorized collection point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
