What are the shipping times within the Nordic region?
Standard shipping typically takes 3-5 business days for deliveries within Sweden, Norway, Denmark, and Finland. International shipping outside the Nordic region may take 7-14 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking link and a unique tracking number to monitor your package's progress.
What is your return policy for vinyl and CDs?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unopened, in their original shrink-wrap, and in mint condition. Please note that digital downloads are non-refundable.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Klarna, and PayPal. Local payment options like MobilePay and Swish may be available depending on your country.
What should I do if my record arrives damaged?
If your item arrives damaged or warped, please contact our support team within 48 hours of receipt with photos of the damage and your order number to arrange a replacement or refund.
